Your content and rights
You retain ownership of images and other content you use. You are responsible for ensuring that you own your content or have the permissions and rights needed to edit, transform, and download it.
Third-party templates
The Meme Generator may display templates supplied through Imgflip. Those templates may be subject to third-party rights and terms. You are responsible for how you use them; ImageGarage does not grant rights in third-party content.
Practical limits
Performance depends on your browser, device memory, file type, and image size. Large files, batches, or unsupported formats may fail or work slowly. Keep originals and verify downloaded results before relying on them.
Prohibited use
Do not use ImageGarage to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, create or distribute malicious content, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
No warranties
ImageGarage is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility, accuracy, or preservation of files or output.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the service provider and your use of the service, without creating a choice of jurisdiction beyond what applicable law requires.
